Heart Rate extremely Elevated
Saw my regular physician for annual check-up on Monday. My resting Heart Rate was 110. BP normal at 121/77. I am scheduled to see the cardiologist next week. Anyone experienced problem with heart rate like this? I am 6 foot, 200 lbs. Frankly I am scared.

I had an uncle who worked his entire life to retire. Saving money, going to church, working long hours. 2 weeks before retirement he just finished a 14 hour shift at the meat packing planet he complained about racing heart and he ended up dying. I am sure you will be fine tho.

Sounds like your docs are all over this, which is great news. Half the problems arise when such issues are ignored and then big/bad stuff happens. I suspect they'll identify the issue and remedy it so that you avoid said big/bad stuff. Congrats in getting appropriate medical attention!!! Well done, sir.
