Chiefs fans thanking Alex Smith in a unique way

https://www.arrowheadpride.com/2018/...n-a-unique-way

Whether you loved him or hated him, he helped bring this team out of the toilet and his foundation is doing good work. Some fans are saying thank you by donating $11 dollars to the Alex Smith Foundation. It's not a lot of money for most people, and 95% of money given to the foundation goes directly to the kids.

Donated, quoted for truth. Hate Alex the QB but this is a good cause and a nice way to send him out.

In truth he's been a great guy and I donated.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

I'm $22 poorer.

$11 to Alex's foundation. Sounded like a great cause and I wish him luck in his future travels (as long as it's not against us )

And since I was in the giving spirit, donated $11 right here to CP. Love being a very small and insignificant part of the community here

THIS. His foundation helps foster kids. I don't care what kind of QB he was here in KC or how you feel about him. It's a great foundation that helps several very needy kids every year. If you don't want to donate, then that is just fine. But to make a mockery of it like In58men or Clay? You two can go **** off. You are both basically a waste of my oxygen anyhow.

Great idea! I just did the CP donation as well.

Might want to get the server suped up for the impending Mahomes mayhem come September.

I'll never post again...

on CP, if you all submit a $11 or greater donation to Alex Smith's charity foundation.
