Okay, that's it. I'm going full butthurt on this now. I don't even care anymore.

BigRedChief needed a replacement for PGM. He asked me. I said, "Why the **** not?" He also encouraged me to do whatever the hell I wanted. I thought of this neg rep thing, and when I announced it, everybody universally said this was a good idea (Inmem doesn't count).

Only five n00bs accepted the offer. Tough shit, but that's not my fault. I sent them all PMs (the ones who actually have posted here in the past couple of weeks). This thread was here for them to see. I even opened it up to posters who are current mults from previous incarnations that existed before 2014. Just to try to make the thing interesting. So everybody loved this idea and supported it. I did exactly what I said I would do with this and didn't change a thing. And now it's suddenly a bad idea and I ****ed it up? **** you, Hootie, and your awkward Lumpy rep threesome.

The contest was well supported. Dozens of people had horses in this race and spent their rep wads trying to get their guy to win. I imposed no new rules after the deadline for entrants, and I largely watched things transpire from afar. I didn't DQ Pizza for deleting his posts. I didn't tell the mods to stay out. I just let things go.

Tell me who would have won n00b of the year if we did a nomination/poll process like we usually do? Guess what? Probably Bufkin again. There's a reason why people couldn't take him down while Pizza was hiding. Who the hell are the n00bs this year that people love? People like Coochie and Bufkin. Where are the others? Simply Red likes carcosa, but who out there knows who he is?

I would have sat up there like a ****ing moron and started a poll with these names up, all while everybody goes, "WHO ARE THESE JOKERS??? THESE N00BS SUCK!" It would have been uncreative, non-interactive, and a waste of my time, because the only reason I helped out BigRedChief in the first place was so I could do something different and possibly funny. That's the entire reason why I filled in for the roasts this year.

If you want the nomination/poll back, then do it your ****ing self. Hell, re-run the 2014 NOTY election if the asterisks are that much of a bee in your bonnet. I don't ****ing care. I got you guys a week's worth of entertainment and a CSPAN prank phone call.

Now I'm ****ing done. I'm retiring officially. I'm packing my ball and moving to Butthurt Acres where I'll be playing cribbage and watching TV for the rest of my life. I might come out for the occasional Alex Smith bashing, but other than that, I'm not doing any more roasts, contests, games, hazings, or other stupid shit.

Now go **** off. I have to take my blood thinner medication.

I warned you about butthurt, that some on here take this too seriously.

You did a good job. You stepped up when PGM bowed out at the last minute. You came up with an original idea. There will be bugs in the execution in the first year of any new idea. They are fixable. Give it another shot next year.

I meant twice during this contest. After the first artificial inflation of his rep several supporters of the other contestants including myself decided it wasn't even worth bothering with anymore. We had Blumpkin on the verge of elimination then an hour later he was part of the inner circle.

And yes, it did hurt. Without this n00b of the year contest I didn't have anything else to look forward to in life. Thanks flop. Thanks a lot.

I would like people to stop using Mr. Flopnuts for their nefarious purposes. The man has a heart and a soul that is separate from his just super cool powers. He's not just a pair of legs to spread, he's a ****ing human being.
