SceneItAll Tournament: Round 8 - The Championship

This is for all the marbles. The two favorite movie scenes of Chiefsplanet have been determined, and in roughly 24 hours a winner will be declared between them. Good luck to the combatants.

Start this clip at the invasion - the 3:02 mark.

I've always wanted to know if, and how, they shot it, retakes, etc.

You could feel the shock factor in the audience.

I saw it the first night because I knew who put it together & I wanted to see it bad. No one knew what to expect as it was everyone's first time to see it & no leaks about anything had been out there. Crazy experience to see that scene just jump out & attack you.

That's just a great scene, man. The dialogue is wonderful. Every time I see it, I enjoy it just as much as I did the first time. I believe that's what this tourney was all about.
Well, I wouldn't call it hate, I'm not that old yet, hell I used to own it... it just seems like every little scene from it was knocking off my favored heavyweights left and right.

Pulp.Fiction.

Samuel L Jackson rules the PF scene and doesn't need much explanation. I love Travolta in the scene as well. He's just in the back, playing it cool, but when Jules mentions the Bible, he knows it's time to get down to business because he's heard this before. Puts his cigarette out and then grabs his gun, ready for the end of the show.

Great screenplay and great directing.

SPR is just guns and guys blowing up. It's been done a million times.
