Colonoscopy Wednesday morning
Any suggestions ? I've got my colon blast prepped .

Dr. Told me she is a huge 49ers fan. I told her thanks for the QB, how'd your year go.

Was that a bad idea ?

I have a few suggestions. Once you begin drinking whatever nasty bowel ravaging concoction they listed, do not go to the store, post office, or even to get your mail if you have a driveway. Stay within 25 feet of a toilet for the next 6 to 12 hours. Wear sweats or pants that are loose around the waist. You do not want ANY added pressure in that area. After the 7th or 8th time your colon erupts, it won't matter how soft your toilet paper is; it may as well be a cheese grater at that point. Just go, then get in the shower and clean up. The water will also hurt but not as much as paper. Drink water between toilet trips to keep hydrated. The very worst part of the colonoscopy experience is the preparation. God be with you and keep you!
