Can you imagine how bad the jury questioning of Abi would go? That in itself would keep Abi from winning.

I remember a season where the loudmouth lady that was pretty rude to everyone was looked at as a very safe goat to bring to the finals. Wait, it was actually 2 seasons with the same loudmouth rude lady.

The ONLY reason to keep Abi around last night over Carter is each and every one of the "FOUR" is having second thoughts about their alliance and want to bring Abi to the final 3 because everyone hates her.

And what the heck is the deal with moms wrapping their legs around their kids when getting hugged?

RC is the only person that Abi had any hand in putting in the jury. Everyone else was put there by the current power alliance. The jury doesn't forget that. The final vote isn't about who played the best or who deserves it the most, even as much as they like to pretend it is. It's about getting revenge on whoever kicked you out.

Sandra was the same "grumpy around camp/she'll never get votes" type player, and she won.

Abby's alliance had a say in some of them, I don't think they would look it only being Mike that did it to them. She was a bitch to a lot of them and her alliance ruled like obnoxious dick heads all the while voting some of the jury out. The jury doesn't always vote with spite, it really depends. Carter even seemed semi-understanding during his confessional after he got voted out. I can't see her ever having enough votes.

RC was first, and she actually only went because Penner played his idol.

Jeff was next, and he went home because Penner didn't vote the way he said he would, which screwed up the numbers.

The next out was Artis, which was the blindside that ended any power Abi had.

2 people can blame Abi for their leaving, and those are stretches, to be honest. By comparison, every person on the jury can blame Skupin and Lisa for putting them there, and all but Jeff can blame Malcolm and Denise.

True. I still can not see them voting for her. In the end I see Penner and Jeff voting for the deserving player(unless Jeff is looking at Skupin being that). Jury members don't always vote for people that didn't vote them out. Depends on the person and the feel of the season. I really don't see Abi beating anybody.

Did Lisa ever get "outed" yet as a former Star? I remember the older guy was the only guy who recognized who she was at first.

I say this because if the others knew, usually they are more inclined to vote someone like that out early.

I think only Skupin and Penner know. Maybe Jeff, I can't remember. I doubt either Skupin or Penner would. Penner did get mad at her for bailing on her alliance but he also did say that it was his fault for not choosing a side. In the end I would be surprised if he blew up her spot.

Thought Denise was going to go home. Abi taking the strategy to a new level with the name calling. If neither Denise or Malcolm win immunity its going to be a very interesting scramble. I have enjoyed this season. Certainly has had some unique people.

I was amazed at one of Skupin's comments, about Carter getting voted off: "He really took it personal."

Poor grammar aside, his did he expect Carter to take it? He's been out there for 30-some days trying to make it to the end, of course he would take it personally when someone ends that chance for him.

I think that people really never think about the cost of blindsides in the game. When you get control of the game and vote out your "enemies," it's expected, and they often can end up respecting you and voting for you if you make the final 2/3. When you turn on your friends and vote them out before it's completely necessary, you are making enemies on the jury far worse. Everyone talks about "bitter juries" but it's human nature to seek revenge on someone who betrayed you.

Well they did tell Carter that the one thing going against him was he was a threat at challenges. My issue is that it seemed like Carter sat back and said "well I deserve to be here, you better not vote for me". It's survivor, he knows damn well the value of keeping Abi. He should have fought a little harder, tried something. I liked the guy despite his lack of apparent brain power, but nothing is deserved on that show. It is ironic that they then turned around and voted out Abi though. I would think if you were getting rid of Carter because he was a threat you would do so with Denise as well.
