you have literally got to be FIST ****ing me

sorry, my phone died while I was at Hooters

that was THE WORST PLAYCALL in the history of the NFL

I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever in the history of my life understand how, what, why or .... that just happened.

Belichick doesn't call a timeout, WORST DECISION EVER (before the next play), ESSENTIALLY WAVES THE WHITE FLAG, and then the hawks, with a timeout, DECIDE TO LINE UP IN SHOTGUN AND THROW THE BALL INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE FIELD WHEN THEY ARE 2ND AND GOAL FROM THE 1 WITH THE BEST RUNNING QB IN THE NFL AND THE BEST POWER RUNNER IN THE NFL?!

What are the actual odds of Marshawn not scoring from the 1 on the next 2 plays?

1%

are
you
****ing
kidding
me

???

Like.

What?

omg

I cannot believe the Seahawks just HANDED a legacy game to the Patriots ... literally.

That was the worst ****ing thing I've ever seen. Ever. Ever. OMFG

and, thankfully, I didn't hedge ... you know, because I'm a ****ing idiot

really

really?

someone will have to explain to me how they thought shotgun, 2nd and goal, from the 1 ... and a slant RIGHT INTO THE HEART OF THE DEFENSE was a good ****ing playcall?!

omg

it is literally the worst play call of all time and there isn't even a 2nd place

or a 3rd place

or a 4th

HOW IN THE **** DO YOU RUN THAT PLAY?

New England was the best team on that field and Russell Wilson's play throughout the game gave the Hawks a GREAT chance to win a 2nd consecutive Super Bowl ... and they came up short, because of one play call that was unbelievably bad.

Even if Russell threw the worst pass in the world...the worst pass in the world. It still wouldn't have been his fault. You can't throw slants on the 1 yard line from shotgun on 2nd down against a team that is miserable against the run in that situation ...

the risk was never worth the reward ... not even close

It was all-time bad.

Everyone knows it.

Except Just Passin' By, GoChargers and Dave Lane ... three guys who can't stand me. Gee, I wonder why this is their narrative.

90.1

That is ABSOLUTELY amazing. That is a clutch based rating.

Tom Brady had an 81.1.

That's also amazing.

His QBR shows UNEQUIVOCALLY he had a great game. 90.1 even with that INT.

He was the best player in the game. He was the only reason the Seahawks had a chance.
Hootie continues to try and prop up the QB who needed the Heimlich performed last night.

Good stuff.

Wilson had a 90.1 QBR
Brady had an 81.1 QBR

Wilson "disappeared" in the 1st quarter? He didn't throw a pass. Tom Brady had two LONG drives that controlled the entire 1st quarter. Wilson answered two 2nd quarter TD's. He played another great 3rd quarter.

And disappeared in the 4th quarter?

He did not have a 5.1 4th quarter QBR. You can't have a 90.1 QBR fore the game and have a 5.1 4th quarter QBR. Show me the link on that one.

Again, they tried to burn clock and couldn't pick up a 1st down...

but I guess you've already forgotten that obvious defensive pass interference against Butler which killed a drive and potentially killed a HUGE gain

You're such a ****ing idiot.

ESPN's QBR graded Russell Wilson at a 90.1. That is one of the best postseason performances ever by QBR standard. Anything above 70 is outstanding.

But again, great analysis. Per usual.

At what point did he give them a great chance to win? Was it his first-quarter bedshitting or his fourth-quarter bedshitting?

Unless it was Brady or Rodgers throwing that pass... then it would have been all their fault!

The list of people who can't stand you is a lot longer than three people, and the funny thing is that you clearly don't know why that's the case.

Both Brady and Wilson were the best players on their teams Sunday. QBR backs that up.

I know longer care about what a Chargers and a Patriots troll have to say about it. In fact, the collective football IQ on this board is miserable these days.

On to baseball season.

Can't stand you? I'm loving you right now. You're adding significantly to my post Super Bowl enjoyment.

Well, you and the replays of that INT. They just ran the game again on NFLN, and they'll be running it again in about half an hour. Watching Russell piss away the Super Bowl is every bit as beautiful now as it was the first time it happened.

How convenient that Hootie decides he's "on to baseball season" now that his horrible football takes have been proven wrong yet again. And during baseball season, he'll grace us with some more "great" takes like "trade Shields for Oscar Tavares" followed by "give Shields $100 million!"

How the **** does QBR establish who the best PLAYER on the field is?

What was Sherman's QBR? Gronkowski's? Edelaman's? Butler's?

reeruned statement is reeruned.

Hootie I'm normally a semi-fan. You can be entertaining and I've always asked that you not be banned. I'm trying to help you. You are off base and making a public ass of yourself. I think it was a perfectly fine call. 95% of the time its a TD. 3 feet less of a lead and its a win for Seattle. Wilson (by his own words) screwed the pooch. Whatever you do be Alex Smith for that one play.

Brady balled the **** out against an elite D.

Wilson did everything that was asked of him. Gave his team a 10 point lead at half, made big plays when needed in the 2nd. There was nothing wrong with Wilsons pass besides it possibly being a little high imo. I thought he should have aimed lower to reduce the risk of any tip/interception scenario but whatever. Lockette didn't fully extend and Butler made a great play on a the dumbest ****ing playcall in history. There's nothing else to it.

Now nuke this mother ****er.

my negative response has absolutely nothing to do with my intelligence level.

you are the ****ing idiot that just cant seem to realize that no matter what you post the patriots won that ****ing game and it is all because russell wilson threw an interception.
