I would almost keep Anderson ahead of Romar for comedic effect if nothing else.

The model he set up at Iowa State is what Mizzou needs, IMO. You get a few star level players like Niang and Morris to build around, and supplement those core pieces with elite talent in whatever way you can get it... whether that's in-state studs or transfers to fill gaps.

I think he's pretty damn good. Could be a Final Four guy at Mizzou.

I know it sounds overly simplistic, bordering on Dunning-Kruger, but all Mizzou really needs is a coach that can build a positive, lasting relationship in St. Louis. If they get 60% of the talent from that area, and supplement from the rest of the state with odds and ends plucked from neighboring states, it's a perennial top-15 team.
