2015 Fantasy Discussion

Drafts coming up in a couple weeks, and I haven't seen a thread yet.

Was wanting to get some input overrated players/sleepers/strategies etc.

I've been going back and forth on what I want to do with my 2nd rounder. I've done a few mocks, and I really want to take Luck in the 2nd.. but I just can't seem to get as good of a team that route.

Also for the later 1st round who do you take out of CJ Anderson, Jeremy Hill, and Demarco Murray? To me its between Murray and CJ.. Leaning towards Murray. I don't think there will be a huge dropoff for him this year like everyone else seems to think

Not a huge sleeper, but I've been taking Jordan Matthews in just about every mock. I think he is going to have a HUGE year and he will be great value. Even Agholor should be a good late pick. Also Martavis Bryant. I think they finally found the guy to take some pressure off of Antonio Brown. Lastly I like Ameer Abdullah.. he should be a great fit in that offense, and I saw that Bell is going to start the season on the PUP

Well, I wouldn't rule it out. I didn't get to watch Martin play, but reports were less than glowing. And Garcon had alot of targets, and that will go up for the next 4-6 weeks with DeSean sidelined.

It all hinges on how good you think Martin looked last week.

You aren't particularly set at WR3 and Garcon could easily be better than Evans and Steve Smith.

Which trade is better?

Trade A: Two team trade

I give up Mike Wallace for Eli Manning

Trade B: Three team trade

I give up Mike Wallace for Eric Ebron.
I then give up Eric Ebron for Tyrod Taylor.

I'm looking to get a 2nd QB because I only have Rivers right now.

I would prefer Eli for three reasons reasons:
#1 - lesser RB's and better receivers to throw to
#2 - Buffalo has a better defense meaning they're not going to be trying to get back into games throwing
#3 - better schedule to play against

As of right now I'd be looking at the following matchups during River's bye week.

Giants vs. Patriots
Bills vs. Jets

Also...here are my current WRs. Is Mike Wallace the odd man out or am I not seeing something?

Julio Jones
Davante Adams
John Brown
Kendall Wright
Brandon Coleman
Stevie Johnson
Mike Wallace

Unless you have to start four or five WR's there's certainly no reason to keep him....damn

Nope. 2 WRs and 1 flex position.

My problem right now is that I'd like to get a backup QB....but I don't have anyone that I can just drop for a QB on the waiver wire.

What QB's are available? With the rest of that, I would have no issue dropping Wallace for a bye week defense.

For that matter Coleman is pretty much expendable as well, and I would DX him before Wallace (somehow I skipped right past him earlier)

Would drop Coleman for Flacco if it were me

I could probably flip Coleman for Eli. The guy who has Eli....is starting Brees.

Abdullah as the potential....but I'd rather have Lacy who's consistent.
