"The Drive III": 11 plays, 38 yards (6:32 duration)

Elway may have The Drive I and The Drive II, but we have The Drive III. Down 22-0 in the 2nd, we completed an 11-play drive that ate up nearly 1/2 the quarter....and then punted. It was a smorgasbord of WR screen passes, incompletions, QB scrambles and off tackle runs. (Then punted into the End Zone). The Steelers next play went for 26 yards.

Here's the recap for anyone wanting to be amazed:
Spoiler!

This was eerily reminiscent of Fat Andy's magical drive in the Playoffs vs the Patriots, which lasted only 16 plays and ate up 5:16 late in the game trailing by 2 TD. At least that one ended in a score. It's incredible how many worthless, no-gain plays this clown draws up.

4 Games into the season and this offense is ****ing garbage. They look worse than they looked last season.

San Diego was a travesty for 3.5 Quarters....Texans.......7 Turnovers against the Jets and the offense put in what, 10 points? .

Disgusting.

My money is on #1. We've seen Andy air it out in Philly. We know he's willing. He's coddling Alex Smith.

But we're in year 4 now and this offense is the same suck fest it's always been. Something has to give because there's been very little improvement. We're better at skill positions than we were, better on the O-line and still have a strong core of RB's, yet the results are the same.

The results are the same and the only thing offensively that hasn't changed since year 1 is Alex and Andy. So one of them needs to go, because no progress in 4 years is abysmal.
I signed up for gamepass recently to get the coaches film. Alex is constantly leaving the pocket before pressure gets there and either getting sacked or throwing it away. Meanwhile, more often than not if he would just have stayed in the pocket a split second longer, a receiver is coming open downfield. He doesnt give plays time to develop before running around

Much like Tim Tebow, Colin Kaepernick and RGIII, Alex Smith has been figured out and his limited ability is not allowing the offense to progress. We've gone as far as we can go with the guy. It's over.

FOUR ****ING YEARS. He has weapons. He has an O-line. He's just a limited QB.

This looks familiar:

KC average yards per rushing play: 4.8 yards.

KC average yards per passing play: 5.0 yards.

Hey, at least we're balanced!

As usual PB can't get anything right. That is the drive that went to the 3. So more than 38 yards, less time and ended on a turnover on downs not a punt. But hey he was talking about the Chiefs so kudos there.

This folks is actually more factually accurate than any thread he has ever posted.

You stupid shit, read the first post. It clearly lists the Q2 drive that ended in a punt. Stop embarrassing yourself.

You may want to reread the OP. The one you are talking about is the one OTW posted.

2 balls dropped in the end zone on the drive OTWP posted as well. Kelce had one glance off his hands and Travis completely just dumped one

Reminds me of the old joke about consultants: they know a million ways to screw but no women.

Fat Andy knows a million plays, but none that result in TDs

I was just about to ask about that, because I heard the announcers mention 18 plays with no points as a result. That's got to be close to a record. Of course, I don't blame them for not going for the field goal in that situation.
