That's not nearly as satisfying as watching the steam from his innards rise on a cold November afternoon after a zombie rips his guts open and starts to feast.

Plus the guys on the roster need to play in meaningful games. They need to make the playoffs and win some damn games there.
They've got a damn good coaching staff and roster, so unless something crazy happens, they'll win double digit games and be right there in January. |

I also wasn't a very big fan of the QBs in this draft to begin with. There wasn't too much that separated the top 4 from each other, IMO. I had the top 5 slotted: 1. Trubisky- 15-20 range 2. Watson - 20-30 range 3. Mahomes - 31-40 range 4. Kizer - 45-55 range 5. Webb - 60-70 range And that's with the weighted value that QBs are often given. I'm not the only one who didn't think much of the guys available this year. That's why sitting still and taking Foster, a top 10 talent and guy who was being discussed as a potential top 5 pick prior to his injury issue, would have been far superior to trading a future 1st round pick and a 3rd round pick for the chance to gamble on a QB who was only marginally better than the next best guy. |

No one really gives a shit how you felt about the QBs. Multiple teams with franchise QBs on their way out the door were in on the Mahomes sweepstakes and felt the same way the Chiefs did.

If Foster works out they are still on the outside looking in. |

He is one of the players from this draft whom I believe can be truly special at his position. I'm of the opinion that, if you get a chance to land a blue chipper at a position of need, you land that guy. |

Foster is much more of a sure thing than any of the Qbs in this draft were. Also, a top QB isn't a guaranteed superbowl win. See: Dan Marino historically or Phillip Rivers presently. |

He doesn't tumble from top 10 to 31 if you were remotely close. He's a risk, too.

How many SBs did the Bears win with Brian Urlacher.
You are the only mother ****er around who cares about an ILB when you are still looking for a franchise QB. |
