Origin of the term "swan song"
Apparently this term comes from the legend that swans are silent their whole lives, until right before they die, when they sing a beautiful song. This legend dates back to Ancient Greece. I have been saying swan song my whole life and had no idea this was the origin. I'm curious who else knew or didn't know.

That is funny you say that. I thought it was about the nutcracker or some other shit I don't watch...like swan song is the final scene of some opera or something I would never watch because I am too busy watching Blue Thunder on laserdisk

On another note I really like using metaphors or sayings when they are actually happening. Like when I see newly weds arguing it is satisfying saying "Welp I guess the honeymoon is over" or when a Horse is consistantly shitty I like saying "Well his proven track record says he is going to lose"
