**** OFFICIAL official thread style sheet thread (per Loochy) ****

It's high time this place got some good ol' fashioned American standardization. The Army doesn't just let you wear whatever the hell you want.
A 2x4 can't be just any dimensions.
A Brazilian double dildo choke hold gang bang cannot and WILL NOT INCLUDE UNSHAVEN BUTTHOLES.

Thus, too, should Chiefsplanet Official Threads have a uniform code.

Quote:
1. Official thread titles shall have FOUR stars, unless they are mega threads for an entire season, in which case they shall have five stars.
Setting up a game day thread? Please enter FOUR (4) asterisks, followed by a single space.

**** OFFICIAL 8/27 Count Zarth watches his own butthole while he farts thread ****

vs.

***** OFFICIAL 2014 Count Zarth Manic Self Loathing Thread *****

Quote:
2. The word "official" shall be capitalized in the thread title.
No more lower case letters to be lost in a sea of Fire Me Boy porkbelly curing threads and "Cops shooting everyone because Obama" threads started by whatever boil on the ass of humanity slithered its way out of the DC dumpster fire.

OFFICIAL is official. Official is not.

Quote:
3. It is an official GAME DAY thread.
Because you are not posting just during the game. Get it? This is tailgate country, asshole. Put day in the title.

Quote:
4. Local teams shall always listed first.
Example:

**** OFFICIAL Kansas City Chiefs vs. Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl Gameday Thread ****

or

**** OFFICIAL Kansas City Chiefs at Denver Broncos Face Rape Gameday Thread ****

A little flare is fine. What is NOT fine is....

Quote:
5. Stupid ass nicknames for opponents shall not be in OFFICIAL thread titles.
Faders? **** you.
Bonkos? Grow up.
SEMENHawks? Okay, I like it, but **** off.

The shit isn't funny in posts. It's unacceptable in OFFICIAL thread titles.

Quote:
6. Your original post shall contain pertinent information regarding the subject matter.
You want to post an OFFICIAL thread? Then you have some ****ing responsibility, jack. No one gives a **** about your bullshit "let's go!" original post. This isn't arrowheadaddict, you ****wad.

Gameday threads should include any or all of the following:
  • Time/location of event.
  • TV details.
  • Game preview (linked article, article text pasted into a SPOILER tag)
  • Relevant stats (Alex Smith versus live human defenses, Average yards given up to future Arby's employees, etc.)
  • Rosters
  • Depth Charts
  • Analysis
  • Relevant photos
  • Humorous photos/gifs
  • Photos/gifs of chicks with huge tits dancing like slutwhores.

Get your ****ing act together, Chiefsplanet. Quit having stuff like this:

*Official Chiefs VS Packers Game thread*

What about when the league only uses "vs" and never "at"?

That's what the NFL does.

The NFL almost always uses AT (which is why you see the home team listed last) but that doesn't make the usage of VS incorrect. The only time it is an issue is if the person writing it doesn't understand the usage of VS and AT.

Simple rule:

HOME VS VISITOR
VISITOR AT HOME

No, probably has something to do with the fact that my body frame resembles that of Billy Butler. Only with darker, better hair.

Still think the home team should be listed second.
