Best Game Ever??

I think it might have been.

1. 6-0

2. Ended the Faders streak after 6 long years of frustration- including two Home Opener Heartbreaks.

3. We set the Record for the Loudest Stadium in the World-After all the fair weather fans left- and right at the end of the game. The final surge just shook you to the core. It was LOUD all game but the end just went off the charts. I was pounding on two chairs with my hands while kicking the seat in front of me. I pushed my voice, what was left of it, to the limit. Could not even talk afterward. But it was worth it to see that 137 come up. People can say it was just a dumb record-but to most of us there screaming, it was regaining our history in a way. Hard to describe the sheer joy of the fans.

4. Even louder leaving the stadium. Although it was Consistently the loudest stadium ever in the history of the world- leaving was off the charts. Fans were pounding the tin signs on the exit ramps. I tried to record it on my phone-but it was sooo loud it was shorting out my cel and turning it off. My phone could Not even record at that level. It was the loudest sound I have ever heard. I saw ACDC 2nd row in their prime-Loudest band ever at the time- and this was LOUDER! My ears were ringing for hours. The record should be in the 145 range at least-But it was after the game-so doesn't count.

5. Best Defensive attack I have ever seen. Just look at the stats. They won this game with zero help from the Offense-which was dreadful.

6. F the Faders fans. Yes some were nice but Most were complete thugs-including 4 jumping a fan in the stands and getting arrested. Before the game even started, one behind us was yelling F your mother to all of us with a 3 year old boy two seats away. I grabbed him and told him to have some respect for the kids around him-which were many. He mellowed out then left when the faders were losing.
Another ugly incident in the bathroon-Drunk Fader fan in a wife beater in front of me in. He waited until the Chiefs fan 4 stalls down was pissing before getting in his face. Said he was going to kill him. Even 12 against 1 he was going to Kill all of us-lol 4 more Huge fans in Red came in and he was going to fight us all-lol His friend finally pulled him out of there before he got a beat down. The Fader fans were just really trashy and stoopid and I hope they had a shitty time watching their team get destroyed. Please don't ever ever ever ever FN come back you Classless Trash!

7. The Fly over was Amazing. Since the Gov. is shutdown-private pilots put it together-flying Pink smoke for Breast Cancer day. Truly moving!!

8. Pink day was a huge success. I have lost several wonderful love ones to Breast Cancer-and Love that the Chiefs support this!

I have been to so many games over the years and maybe because it is still fresh in my heart, my voice is still gone, hearing half gone- But I think it was the Best Game ever!

Ashamed to admit I left early. Had to get back to Omaha. Once the game was in hand after the FG, we bugged out. Then I heard the sound...like a goddam volcano of noise. I was so pissed...

I deserve it for leaving early. I'm starting to think I need to just stay in a hotel rather than try to drive back after the game. Oh well, it was still epic all day regarding the noise. Great time at Arrowhead, to be sure!

why would he need to beat traffice? what did they do?

and its pretty hard to call a game tied at 7 late in the second half a "beatdown"

Well that is understandable since you live out of state. Sorry you missed it-FN Epic.

When we beat the Undefeated Packers-it was a fun game as well.

If the Offense wasn't so terrible-It would have been a Perfect game as far as Total Game day experience.

I can understand all the other stuff, but I have to agree with you. The Chiefs offense yesterday set offensive football back a century.

It was HARD to watch.....

Joe Montana's first regular season home game as a Chief at Arrowhead, Monday night against Denver in '93 was the loudest I have ever experienced Arrowhead in person. I was sitting behind one of the end-zones, about 7 rows up and it was deafening.

I've been to many many games over the years, and yes, this one was all-time great. The MNF opener a few years ago as well as the Thanksgiving game versus the Broncos rate up there memory-wise. This one was the total package, though, and I think the best experience I've had at a Chiefs game ever. Even sucky offense couldn't bring it down.
