Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

I haven't - I've been to LA one time, I stayed in Long Beach. I just researched the area. Plus I've had customers all over LA. I'd like to go ahead and say - Geographically and Archaeological; Georgia is a place filled with weird places. I just tried to pull down a photo of Kennesaw Mtn. - Man talk about not doing justice to a place.

It's MUCH more pointier appearing than that - if you're facing north, here - online - I notice none of them are - and when it's lacking that green color - it basically looks like a dirt mountain - very brown and DEFINITELY more pointy at the top. Meh...

Facing straight west, the closest I could come - but when you face the mountain, North in say mid December or so, it'll look like a dirt mountain - much browner, much more eerie.

I love the hills, lot of people out today giving me more energy to run harder. Those trails were brutal this morning. I want to make this a weekend habit. We call our hills The Bluffs. I'm sure you've heard of that name before.
