If we can beat Denver...

I don't see why we couldn't run the table and win out.

@Chargers
Bills
@Raiders
Chargers
@Ravens
Browns
Raiders

I mean, after Denver our toughest games on the schedule are against the Raiders.

Those numbers were with Charles behind a shitty Oline.

Now it's West behind an improved Oline.

Don't know how that effects it.

You realize that Denver is winning with Defense now?

Manning isn't it anymore.

Which is really frustrating because Denver went from Manning to Defense in one season. While we've been working on winning with defense for years.

This just proves that the problem with KC is the administration and front office.

Other teams can get things done twice as fast and effectively as we can do anything. We struggle to get the basic things done competently.

Shit even the Faiders went and got a QB in the 2nd round ... so did Seattle.

In KC we consider that impossible.

Shit has been going on too long, part of problem has to be ownership.

Well, lots of things have changed since week 2... Manning was getting killed due to protection issues, and thankfully that hasn't been the case in the last month. The offense is playing better for the most part.

And, Mr. Laz - those are solid points.

Manning will shred us if he has Sanders

Our Defense is coached by a bunch of special needs 3rd graders.

Our defense, as a unit, isn't playing anywhere near the sum of it's parts.

Dline in the top 10
Pass rush in the top 8(i think)
2 pass rushers in the top 10

Total Pass defense - 22nd

Now how in the **** does a defense have a very good pass rush yet a shitty pass defense? The talent in our secondary is better than that.

Sean Smith
Marcus Peters
Parker
Berry
backups: Abdullah/Branch are both good enough to start

Well, I hope you all have a good weekend... I'm out. Camping trip, in-laws arriving on Sunday - likely right at kickoff for our game, just to drive me crazy. Catch you in a few days.

Since when does a team have to apologize for having a good player helping their team. Manning is playing so what Denver would be without him is irrelevant. Not to mention that the defense is damn good enough to let them compete even if Manning went down tomorrow.

As for the OP, I just can't see the Chiefs running the table on the division games, even if they play to their abilities. Hard enough for us to beat Oakland when they aren't good.

I can't stand Denver, and they have been lucky this year, but they find ways to win games that they shouldn't, and we find ways to lose games that we shouldn't. Pulling out stats about their last punt return TD or what they would be if they didn't have certain players on their roster just comes off like sour grapes. Once we beat them, if we ever do with Manning at QB, then we can talk.

KC's bad luck in week 2 has people building this current Bronco team up into something they arent...which is elite. Over-hyped defense that has played one good offensive team. They played well against GB...but Indy threw up 17 in the first half last week.

Chiefs win on Sunday...
