Although I do think someone is going to get hot over the last month. I'm not sure I'm in love with the idea of trading two top prospects for Marlon Byrd. At least that's what Jon Heyman said they wanted. I don't understand how you can ask for that when the guy who was the ace for the defending champs just got traded for a guy with one year left on his contract who has a sub .800 OPS. Although the Red Sox will have a great shot to re-sign him.
