Over/under on what year the Raiders decide it's time to go in a different direction?

I'll take the over. He probably gets at least 4-5. And that's not because I think he will be great. That's because the Raiders are stupid.

Just after doing that, please come back with your predictions for the franchise during his tenure

He'll get that long because with some proven offensive players it's in my view a given that he'll at least put up 8-8 years.

Any reports if this contract is all real? Will the Raiders have to pay him that full amount if they want to buy him out?
Gruden in Vegas ought to be able to attract free agents. A very Raider sort of free agents. Sure they might have a higher than normal arrest rate, but I can still see them attracting vet talent. I do understand the hate that Gruden in the booth gets, although I don't mind him. I'm sure most of that is because I haven't seen that many Monday night games the last couple of years. So I find him annoying amusing not annoying tear-your-hair-out. And I find him as insightful as any other announcer not named Tony Romo. |

Gruden is going to crush it with the Raiders. I see a solid six season run with something like a .480 winning percentage and a wildcard loss in the mix. Exciting times for Raiders fans. Run on down to Hooters and grab a cold Corona to celebrate this day!!

The 2 times he had really high draft picks he took Charles Woodson and Cadillac Williams. |

Not that this has any bearing on your young QB statement which is 100% accurate at this point.
