You may think he's a flopper, but IMO he does what a striker is supposed to ATTACK the defense. If his attack forces defenses to foul him, that's on them.

He avoided several instances where he would otherwise have been entirely justified in going down and taking a foul.

The PK was a clear goal area violation. None of the ball, all of Robben's shins.

Going down before anything even happens. I get why it's a penalty for sure but...it's a dive.

Clear contact below the knees getting none of the ball. From the side angle you can see that the defender basically stepped on his foot causing him to go down the way he did. It wasn't even a flop
