Thought that was the weakest ep of the season. Thought they could "get" Chuck in a more clever fashion. Still interesting to see where it goes from here

But you can't acknowledge my point? The part likely to get him disbarred have to do with honesty. And he did argue that his admission to Chuck on the tape was itself a lie, so he is disputing if he did in fact alter the document. Scheming to hire someone to secretly plant something on Chuck doesn't really help refute the characterization of Jimmy as someone who would pull such tricks. I just think the writers could have done better. |

I thought it was epic. Loved it. Why bring Chucks wife in though? Not really sure what that had to do with anything other than maybe increasing the intensity of Chucks breakdown? It will be interesting to see what happens to him now.

IMO this was one of the best episodes I've seen. Very tense and there was some great acting too. Who knew Lenny had it in him. Lol |

The biggest flaw in the whole thing wasn't even the byzantine machinations, examination narratives, or legal maneuvers.
A battery alone is not an EMF hazard. If it were, it would be useless. A battery alone, STORES EMF potential. Until either electrons or magnets initiate MOTION [usually initiated by placing a MACHINE in series between the anode and diode of the battery], a quality battery is as inert as a rock. I guess the out is if all involved were so poorly versed in E/M that the gambit worked anyway to elicit Chuck's outburst.

His inability to perceive it, coupled with his immediate adverse reaction when he discovers it, incriminates him both ways. Maybe that wasn't the writers' intentions, but who knows with these guys. They did end the episode mid-hearing. Maybe there's more. |

I liked the last shot of the scene - Chuck sitting alone, frazzled, while the camera pulls back and up to the EXIT sign.

Chuck is a despicable person who has been more than asking for that for this entire series, but wow, that was tough to watch. Jimmy finally using Chuck's condition to hurt him after all these years is also a step he might not be able to come back from.

Loved chuck getting his payback. Gotta think the case is thrown out and Chuck gets let go from the firm.

Oh yeah, Hamlin will see Chuck as a liability, and will boot Chuck the first chance he gets.

This was the best court drama since Alice dropped a phone book next to the guy with Whiplash on the Brady bunch!

This show... I'm on FIFi where Jimmy's brother miraculously goes in and swings the bank client away from Kim and back to his firm
I really hate his character. His stupid bullshit psychosomatic neorosis that he only overcomes when he's motivated by trying to screw Jimmy. Yes, Jimmy is a shyster and awful person, but his brother is a big reason for that. He's despicable.
