Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started. Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. I don't want to gripe too much about the smaller things. Really I don't - ton to be thankful for.
But damned Quaker - in the 'less sugar' ten-pack of the flavored oatmeal - You only get TWO Cinnamon and Spice - and it's pure bullshit - it's the best flavored one - better than both Maple and Brown Sugar as well as Cinnamon and Apple. So the ratio works out like this: 4X Maple and Brown Sugar 4X Apple and Cinnamon 2X Cinnamon and Spice Whyyyyyy??!! |

The best is steel cut oats. Prefer the nutty flavor and richness...always with cream, fruit and nuts. All oats that are quick oats are too refined to be as nutritious.
