I mean, on her list of demands is to "pay off her current mortgage" and a monthly Quik Trip gas card.

C'mon - everyone knows that Obama was supposed to take care of all of that for her and her black sisters.

Remember - the gubbamint is your piggy bank. Surely they can just print more money to pay for that $15,000/mo consulting contract she's demanding.

As Franklin said - the death of the Republic will be when people learn they can vote themselves money. It's already started and attitudes like this will become more and more prevelant.

At least a portion of people who see this story will be on her side, giving her legitimacy in her crazy requests.

The KCMO school district is a complete disaster and will probably cave into a monetary settlement if this becomes a real story.

I love how she comes out of nowhere at the end of the letter with a P.S. to also fire the music teacher.

I couldn't even finish reading it. I just wanted to reach out and slap her.

Just a couple of quick comments:

Does she really think that having the school district pay out to meet all of these demands is going to help improve the school districts ability to teach her son and the rest of the students?

Her tirade about slavery leaves me wondering if she is aware of how much of that began with other tribes selling those people to the slave traders. Not in all cases, no. But in many of them it was a black man selling prisoners from other tribes that helped make the trade work to begin with. This is not a one sided deal where only one race is culpable no matter how many pages she writes.

Finally, yes this teacher, regardless of race, should be fired. There is no reason for this 4th grader to be slapped and obviously this woman should not be a teacher.
