He sounds like he does know a bit about the subject which i politely inquired about because i would like to find the best locations locally or nationally to try the other breed lines. But no matter how much he knows or doesn’t know you shouldn’t discuss things like total Dick.
Somebody please show me how to post a pic as new member on here for this clown |

No. I said you didn't have Japanese Wagyu as you claimed.... Imagine a steak house making people think they are eating an $1100 steak and feeding them something worth 15% of what they charge.... Who's the stupid one?

I think all of this arm flailing he is doing is because he can’t answer my questions related to F1, best KC Steal locations and Miyazaki is because he doesn’t know and he can’t google it all up fast enough.

It is a outlet for a branded American cross of American Angus and Black Wagyu cattle brought from Japan. They used to market it as American Kobe but are now calling it American Wagyu. They also make it more confusing by selling a low grade of Wagyu along with a product the industry has led us to believe all Wagyu is. $30lb for the low grade sirloin cap, on sale???

What does the tag say on the tomahawk? That is your $1100 steak?

Alexander’s serves what they call Japanese Wagyu on their menu which as I indicated for 135 to185 per 3 ozs as listed on their menu for those. As I originally stated I ate there recently and had the tomahawk. The only person tying that price ratio and 1100 to the tomahawk is you and I never said that.
Those tomahawk sell for 250 to 300 each depending weight and are listed as Wagyu. You make a very good point in that those give the false impression that they are also Japanese Wagyu the way they label it and slide it in with the others and they don’t indicate any differently. If it is this case I’m not very impressed with their deception and I don’t follow the difference between a marketing name and actual Japanese Waygu. If they truly are an american version or breed i would be interested in your info and viewpoint there. I have previously had both their Japanese Wagyu (or what they claim it to be) and their F1 Australian. Are these authentic as well or marketing terms they use? If so I would definitely find another place to eat. I meant what I previously said about my questions related to F1, Best KC Steak or location and Miyazaki. You seem to have detailed knowledge about this subject and I am really interested in those answers and what you are really getting at these locations versesmarketing fud |

Actually I see in my one photo they claim to have the Miyazaki Prefecture from Japan as labeled to far right of second shelf. Interested to know if this is authentic as well, if so would be interested in trying it.
