Paxton Lynch

Qb from Memphis, on ABC right now against Ole miss.

He's endorsed by Sacofbats so, take caution, but I'm intrigued

Elway built an all time great offense that carried them to a superbiwl, lost, then built a record setting defense that won a SB.

I don't like the guy, but man, tough crowd.

Saying Elway is the best in the NFL makes you sound like a ****ing Broncos homer. I'm not the one that's on the extreme end, that's you. I didn't say Elway sucks, or that everything he's accomplished is 100% due to luck. I'm just not going to go as far as to calling him the best, or pretend he doesn't have a huge obstacle in front of him to get the Broncos back to SB contention.

We've never seen him in this situation without an all-world QB sitting in free agency to come save the day and make him an instant contender. He hasn't proven that he can draft a QB with success, and Kubiak hasn't proved he can develop one. This isn't blind homerism or hatred, it's simply the truth.
I'm not "pulling any shit". You consistently praise every single move that Dorsey makes and consistently predict success from every personnel move he makes. There's nothing wrong with that but it does make you appear to be a super fan.

Like I said, it's our problem, but let's not pretend the Chiefs didn't have key injuries at several positions that kept them from being able to get another shot at Broncos in the playoffs.

You won the SB. Congrats. Doesn't change the fact that we were the better team when healthy, and the division will be ours this year, and anybody with a ****ing clue can see it.
I guess this is why they play the games. I can hardly wait.

He didn't build that offense. You have to be a ****ing idiot to believe that. Singing Peyton is "building" an offense?

Again, he gets credit for the defense, but did Talib/Ward/Ware not come to play with Peyton and win a SB?

I feel you guys are missing the point. I give him some credit for that, and I'll say he's one of, if not the most, successful at his position in the past few years.

None of that proves he can draft his own QB and build a championship caliber team all on his own though. He had a tremendous amount of help the past few years. Things just got much ****ing harder though.

I praise most of Dorsey's draft picks because he and I have very similar tastes in prospects and he continues to draft guys I love. There were some moves I initially didn't like (Robinson signing, Smith trade, Arenas trade, Morse pick, LT at #1 [though I preferred Fisher over Joeckel]), but every time I've questioned him I've been wrong, so I've learned to stay on the optimistic side even when I'm not a huge fan of the move (Ehinger/Hill picks this year). It's just hard to find fault with Dorsey's moves 90% of the time. I know you feel the same.

The Broncos, like any organization, will likely have a down year here or there but the guy has already proven to be the best NFL exec of the past five years.
Watch them win the division again.

Staylor backs up his optimism with decent talent assessments but yeah, it's a sunshine rose-fart world for sure.

Manning was absolutely the reason Sanders backed out of KC...and I cant say I blame him. He's going to get paid soon for those inflated stats.

This is Eltwat's first real season as GM...he signed Sanchize as trade bait for Kap...fail. Now he's stuck with him. He offered Assfondler $16 million and didnt get his phone calls returned...BO wanted the **** out of there. He signed a RT tackle that sucked in Stephenson for $5 million...while Dorsey signed the #1 rated RT for $7 million. Why didn't Schwartz just sign with Denver like all previous high-profile FAs?...Oh yeah, no Manning now...the lure of a future SB is over. He failed to extend Miller and has his balls pinned to the wall for the highest defensive contract in history.

They are starting from scratch at QB...and Ware, Talib and Ward will be gone before Lynch is ready. Not one of those players would have signed without Manning..especially at the contracts they received. It paid off...they can ride off into the sunset.

To act like Manning had little influence on the last 4 years..and it was all Elway is ****ing stupid...

I read where DT is considered one of the top five over-rated players in the NFL...so Elway has that contract to his name too.

We will see just how great Elway is at building a team without Manning as a bargaining chip...
