Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon? Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? Part 2: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=293623 Last edited by Bearcat; 07-28-2015 at 06:06 PM.. |

So I'm through spending on my Sig 556 for now and have been thinking about dressing up my plain-jane Remington 870 Express for fun:
* Switch to an 18" barrel - http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/94620-1.html * Get a tactical handguard with pistol grip - http://www.amazon.com/Mako-Remington...1105081&sr=1-1 * ATI Universal Top Folding Shotgun Stock - http://www.combatstocks.com/ATI_Univ...Stock_SALE.cfm |

Good Lord! As if I didn't have enough on my mind dealing with grizzly bears and mountain lions, now I have to worry about this!

I thought about looking there, I just don't really know what a good price for either is. I used to have a Remington 870 wingmaster that I got for super cheap from a friend but that was in like 1998.

I bought a 410 Moss 500 for $200.00 a decade ago. my advise is to go to Action site & see what they are bringing, before dealing with a pawn shop.
http://www.gunbroker.com/ http://www.gunsamerica.com/ A shotgun is a much safer buy,when buying used. compared to rifles. Hear is a nice 870 package deal for 300.00 http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=601960 Last edited by LiveSteam; 07-19-2011 at 09:20 PM.. |

Hated the Sig P250C, so got rid of it and got a Witness P in .40/.45. Much happier now.
In other news, the lady just STOLE a 1944 Ithaca 1911A1 from a guy who wandered in the shop. Gotta love days like this. |
