Formula 1 Drama: Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari) is on pole at the Singapore Grand Prix. Mercedes 15 month domination of qualifying time comes to and end...

Race starts 1 p.m. NOW ???
Singapore Time zone: 12 hours ahead of New York Time - So the race starts in 5 minutes? This is a street race.

Singapore Grand Prix Starting Grid

2. Daniel Ricciardo AUS Red Bull-Renault 1m 44.428s
3. Kimi Raikkonen FIN Ferrari-Ferrari 1m 44.667s

19. Will Stevens GBR Manor Marussia-Ferrari 1m 51.021s*
20. Alexander Rossi USA Manor Marussia-Ferrari 1m 51.523s*

*In Italy, Hamilton (Mercedes) rear tire was found to be 0.3 psi under the 19.5 psi limit, while teammate Rosberg's was 1.1 psi below the minimum and as such the cars were both illegal. Mercedes was ultimately cleared of any wrongdoing - However, nobody is buying it.

Hamilton complained his tires are not working in Singapore...Vettel, almost 1.5 seconds, from Mercedes which has dominated for two years. FIA and Pirelli warned teams of random tire checks on the grid going forward.

Edit: I have absolutely no idea when the race starts (as usual). F1 fans are all on different time zones.

Singapore is usually a night race.

Edit: Race starts 6:00 a.m. EST

Hamlin wins first Chase race at Chicagoland

In a late race restart, Denny Hamlin soared to the top of the leaderboard and headed to Victory Lane in Sunday's myAFibRisk.com 400 at Chicagoland Speedway, the first race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup.

Hamlin's Joe Gibbs Racing teammate, Carl Edwards, earned himself the runner-up position as he, too, was strong in the race's final restart.

After leading for a total of 37 laps, Stewart-Haas Racing's Kurt Busch was unable to hold off the JGR drivers for the lead and finished third.

During a restart on Lap 135, Joey Logano (who finished sixth) bumped the No. 48 of Jimmie Johnson (who 11th) causing him to make contact with Kevin Harvick's No. 4. Harvick later spun into the wall, causing him to head to the garage with significant damage to his SHR Chevrolet.

Harvick returned to the race on Lap 196 and finished 42nd. He faces an uphill battle for the next two races (New Hampshire and Dover) in his pursuit of advancing to the Contender Round and defending his title.

Here's how the rest of the Chase field finished: Ryan Newman (fourth), Matt Kenseth (fifth), Brad Keselowski (eighth), Kyle Busch (ninth), Dale Earnhardt Jr. (12th), Martin Truex Jr. (13th), Jeff Gordon (14th), Jamie McMurray (16th), Paul Menard (17th) and Clint Bowyer (19th).

Kyle Larson (seventh) and Aric Almirola (10th) were the only non-Chase drivers who finished in the top 10.

Hamlin won. On the last restart the slow-ass 4 forced the 48 to be slow, and the car behind the 48 was all ove the 48's ass, got him loose, and the 48 ended up below the line (to save it) and next to the slow-ass 4. They traded some paint and the driver of the slow-ass 4 got mad (as usual) and his gay self wanted to fight when the JJ came over to explain what happened. Next time JJ should just put him in the wall for being, well, an asshole piece of shit.

That's what I saw..
