LNBS: Dalvin Cook having amazing start w/ 288 yards rushing. Hunt has 401.

Just... let that sink in, mother****ers.

It is unbelievable what this kid is doing.

Having a guy run this well is going to benefit Mahomes immensely when he takes over. The defense can't stack the box, and the defense can't go dime all game either.

He also has 137 yards in the air, too. Guy is just the complete package.

KC has been blessed at RB, man. We had Priest Holmes who had a HOF streak of about four years or so. Larry Johnson set the league on fire for a couple years.

Charles came in and, in my opinion, blew both of them away with his elite speed, versatility and fundamentals.

I think Hunt could somehow end up being the best of the bunch. He lacks Charles' elite speed but he has every bit of Charles' and Holmes' fundamentals, along with Holmes' nose for the end zone. None of them have his ability to shed tackles, though. My god. And he's surrounded by superior weapons than all three enjoyed.

Sky's the limit. This guy is a blast.

Everywhere else, Charles was better. That's not to say he isn't a very pleasant surprise or that he can't improve, but you're off base man. Prime Charles was a different species of human than the rest of the guys on the field.
You're entitled to your own opinion and I accept that.

I've only watched two Chiefs games this year but I will say that from what I saw in both the New England and San Diego game, he was stiff arming people and using his agility to make people miss. What should've been 1 or 2 yard losses were turned into 8,9 or 10 yard gains. He did this with toughness, strength, agility and sheer will and determination. We'll see over time how his ability is to protect the ball but we do know that was one of his strong suits coming out of college.

I know this is a small sample size but in 3 games thus far, he has already proven to have more potential with respect to big playmaking ability. Dude has pulled off 3 50 yard plus runs. That's insane! Did Charles do that? Nope. I'm not gonna crown his ass already but I do think he will have an edge over Charles with respect to staying healthy. There is a better chance Hunt will be more durable than Charles because of his frame/build alone. Like I said earlier, I do feel Charles is better in some ways, but I think Hunt has more potential, and is a more balanced complete back.

What Hunt has done is amazing. But you need to go back and watch some Charles highlights.

It's why I hold my breath every time Hunt carries. Get him, Kelce and Hill to the postseason together and we could be very dangerous.

Less competition for Hunt's rookie of the year award.

Minnesota has lost their starting QB and starting RB with a horrific injury.

They might be as bad as the Chiefs when it comes to losing stars to injury.

Just saw the news. Unfortunate injury.

Vikings I felt were the NFC version of the chiefs. Strong D, awesome rookie running back and with receivers that don't get much national attention
