I'm still hoping Dorsey can work a deal for Kendricks at ILB.

Tonight, we get picks 48, 80 and 98.

I really like the Peters pick, but now we're kinda pigeon holed. (Though I know Dorsey won't see it that way.)

If we come away without a WR in the first two rounds AGAIN, it's a massive fail.

You typically don't find good WRs in the 3rd round and later. Hell, in the last 5 years I can only think of Hilton, Sanders and Antonio Brown off the top of my head.

That's why I'd try to move up and get two 2nd round picks - address WR and ILB.

I know it's popular for people to make a mock draft and say "I can get a starting WR, G and C in rounds 3-5", but in reality it is difficult as all hell.

They can still get a really good wr, it's not really an issue.

Half truth and half bullshit....

You can get very good quality G's and C's in rounds 3-5 and as late as the 6th...

But impact players are harder to find after the 2nd, its more luck than anything to find one after the 2nd.

WR is a impact player, should always be addressed in rnds 1 and 2...

Must be embarrassed by his fatty pick

Quote:
The Chiefs have the selection at #48, and there is tons of excellent, very good, and pretty good value on the board at this point.

I have the remaining 50 players ranked by how well they'd benefit being drafted by Kansas City at #48. (I grade each player by how much I'd like their selection at #48.) I also added a 51st player, because I'm a notorious cheater.

Needless to say, chunks of these players will not be available when the Chiefs select, but I just want to put this here, along with a tiny synopsis of each player.

Feel free to comment, criticize, or disregard.
