Is this really what some guys resort to these days? I'm a young guy myself, but I have never thought of this PUA shit as legitimate. Apparently this guy lectures on assaulting women in order to have sex with them.

Everyone wants to chime in. If you read my posts individually i'm really not acting foolish at all.

Getting laid is not the goal, that's easy. Go out and find a trashy Raytown girl with brown teeth.

The goal is to get a girlfriend that shares similar interests to myself (health conscious eating, working out and people watching). I also want her to be thin and cute.

That is hard to do.

Kansas city is an extremely overweight city. There is a graph on this. The thin girls in this town are highly sought after.

The only way I'd be able to get one of those with my current looks and status is to be in some kind of work/school position where I would see her each day and grow on her.

The studies have shown, that for a long term partner (seeing a girl everyday) being extremely masculine is not that important. When it is important is for hookups (bar/club venues). This explains why the Douchebag Julien does well, he is above average masculinity.

I have a cute girlfriend who would be "highly sought after" given your criteria. I met her through friends. I have been myself since day 1. Had she been unimpressed, I would have been bummed, but so it goes. I'm not going to cater my personality to somebody's liking for them to view me as a worthy SO.

Silly jokes, being a rock and voice of reason in times of need, respect her autonomy, and being an unselfish lover in the sack have lead to a healthy 1.5 year relationship. Now, that doesn't even touch the 10-20-30-40+ years some of the guys on here inevitably have. But I highly doubt any of them got plastic surgery or significantly altered their personality to get their wife/SO. I'm also certain they would describe a similar framework for a healthy relationship with their own flavors added in.

Though you are ****ing convinced that you have all the answers, I think you are torpedoing your own chances. What happens when your future cute, thin girl sees your pictures before surgery? What happens when she realizes your confidence is a complete facade covering a broken sense of self-worth? When you have kids, will you support their bids for plastic surgery because they have daddy's chin? These things are going to stay with you, surgery or not.

The broken sense of self worth is who I have become. Certainly if I can publicize it on an internet forum I would be quite able to express it to my partner.
