Native Thai Hot Thai Spicy Just because you only know of one way to do something , dont assume thats the only way....Much like you think "sex" is getting rammed by several guys , one after the other, using huge butt plugs.....There are other ways to do things.

Well considering we are talking about placing an order, and not in the same language as they speak......do you think perhaps that "Thai SPicy" and Thai Hot and Native all pretty much mean the exact same thing or not? Or are you just trying to look cool?

on a side note, its ridiculously easy to make awesome curries at home for damn cheap.........
my wife likes this kind: I kind of like yellow......but the kind in the little yogurt tub , sealed in a plastic baggie inside, seems the best to me...ANyone have any other recommendations on pastes? .

Have you tried Basil Thai Kitchen off Garnet in PB? I remember it being pretty good. I ordered the Chicken Larb (great dish btw...) .. and they WILL make it spicy if you ask.

FWIW, you can say "thai hot", "thai spicy", "native", or simply tell them you want it hot like "they would". There is no proper way. I've been to Thailand. Over there I would ask for it "how locals like it", and it was pretty damned hot.
