Yes, with DeRozan inexplicably throwing up awful, contested shot after shot for no good reason and without James Johnson on the floor (who was the Raptors best player not named Kyle Lowry tonight and should be playing much more than he is).

The comeback late in the 4th had a lot to do with Rose going down. Bulls struggled to finish when he left the game.
No, they had actually gotten it down from 18 to 7 before Rose got hurt. And he only left the game with injury with 1:53 in the 4th. It ended with the same margin after that.

But when Rose went out, Bulls had trouble just getting it over the midcourt stripe for 2 or 3 trips down. They'd made a little run before Rose went down, but you could tell the Bulls were mentally deflated. Jimmy Butler hit a long jumper that really steadied them.

DeMar did take some bad shots...not sure what that was about. A few more post ups for JJ was probably appropriate. When he's hot, you need to take advantage.

DeRozan is kind of like a bad version of Kobe. Just without any of the toughness, defense, rebounding, court vision, and facilitation ability.

Sure, but the comeback had nothing to do with them not having Rose. He was on the court for the entirety of it. By the time Rose was gone, all the Bulls really needed was a basket or two to win anyway and they got that.

If he can't get to the line (and he finds it hard to do that in games against high intensity defenses), taking bad shots is his game.

JJ is also one of the few players on the team other than Lowry who plays defense. Huge net positive. Casey should be trusting him and Valanciunas more than he does.

Not bad, just without the threes and with FTs. Still, he basically models his offensive game after Kobe. If only that extended to the defensive side too.

Grizz run back pick alley oop to Courtney Lee, who makes acrobatic reverse alley oop layup to win a the buzzer. Nuts.

The only great one I can think of, was Paul pierce.

The Morrises are pretty good, but most of the ones these days do (especially with Pierce becoming a total shell). I just hope Embiid gets at least a few years of health in the NBA to show what he can do.

Can't create his own shot. Didn't do it then, can't do it now. Can still form a career as a 3&D player, though.

Bill Self is a great college coach, but if I was a 5* player and had to decide between playing for him or playing for Calipari or Coach K, he wouldn't even enter the conversation. He hasn't produced one star or even a very good NBA player since he started at Kansas.

Coach k hasn't really either.

Kentucky seems to be where it's at

You clearly don't know and don't have any clue what a freak athlete Wilt was.

It's just a different game now. Anthony Davis alters every thing right now. I don't want to argue because I'm homering the shit out of Davis. So I'll just retract.
