Anyone watching True Blood? Watched the first couple of episodes on HBO. I like it.

I pretty much hated the first episode but the second one brought me back in. I definitely think GOT helped it in looking like shit as a few have said.

Just watched the first episode last night - WTF was with that first fairy scene? That was garbage. I have no clue what they were thinking.

I'm thinking Bill killed Sophie Anne at the end of the last season and has taken over as King of Louisiana. Fortunately it sounds like episode two was much better than the first.

LOL at judging the whole season by the season premier.
The first episode is nothing but tying up last season and starting to set story lines for the rest of the season.
Showing Tara's ugly ass was pretty bad though.

Sopranos, Wire, Deadwood, Band of Brothers, Rome, etc. etc.
GOT is very good but let's not get dramatic here, it is another very good HBO series that also has some fan boys from the books.
