Changes that need made to turn the season around
Let's get right down to it.

Start Chase Daniel or Aaron Murray....I think the team would rally around either guy.
Run the ball more...get West and Sherman involved a lot more.
Start Conley and get him involved in the weekly gameplan...this should be our counter punch to teams consistently blitzing.
Activate Steven Nelson and have him play the nickel.
Feed the ball to Kelce and Maclin a lot more...especially on third down.
Let Howard have the NT job full time. The DL was stronger when he was playing more reps. At least IMO.
Move Poe to end full time.
Andy needs to hand over play calling duties to Childress, or Pederson.

I know there are lots of other changes that need made, but that should get us started.

after this year (unless miracles happen and Alex starts to look amazing) Alex should be cut/traded and Chase Daniel is a free agent.

They need to see what they have in Murray.

I think he can be every bit as good as Daniel.

But apart from all that, I just want to see a QB that we drafted win a game for us.

In my lifetime, I've never seen a quarterback that we drafted win a game for us.

That's sad.

I have yet to see Murray look like an NFL starting QB.

He may be an NFL starting QB. I don't know. But I haven't seen any indication yet.

This is the wrong time of the season to look for a "savior".

Fact of the matter is that the overwhelming majority of NFL teams are starting JAGS.

Unfortunately, a JAG could have won 10-12 games this year for the Chiefs.

Smith has looked pretty terrible in the last two games....his most redeeming quality was he didn't make the big mistake. It kind of offsets his average skill set. If he keeps turning the ball over...than both of the back-up QB's are a better option.

If Smith tanks tomorrow..I'm willing to roll the dice with Murray. There is nothing really special about Smith other than he doesn't turn it over....and is a likable guy. I'm guessing Reid thought he was better than he actually is...

I didnt expect him to out shine Rodgers.....but 2 completions for 7 yards...that wasn't the SB Ravens defense out there. That stat should never happen with this roster...especially with 11 days to prepare. It was a joke...

A JAG isn't going to overcome monumental stupid that is Reid. That puts your 10 / 12 wins in serious jeaporday.

It would take a historic DC and a borderline HOF QB to achieve that kind of success with Reid. We don't have that here.

McNabb took Reid's shitty play calling to multiple division titles and a super bowl

Mike Vick walked out of jail and had an MVP-like season in 2010 under that shitty play calling.

It can be done, just not with the 17 million dollar scared noodle arm we have.

Agree, Reid and his HANDPICKED QB both need to step up or get the **** out. I can't deal with Reids offense design, play calling and the overall lack of any type of direction with his game mgmt anymore. It's criminally stupid just like his HANDPICKED QB!

Give me the lesser of two evils. I'd rather have the QB who sucked in only two quarters start, then the one who sucks in four. lol
