Packers open as 6.5 point favorites

with an over/under of 48

Last time I went to a Chiefs away MNF football game was Oct '94 in Denver, hoping I can relive that feeling 21 years later.

If Rodgers is able to toast one of the best defenders in the game as is described by Pete Carroll, I shudder to think what's going to happen to Fleming and company six days from now.

Laugh if you want at that 'taking shots' thought, but if we want to win Andy and Alex have to do it. Need to physically set the tone.

Defensively, I liked what Seattle did actually. Sent 4 all night and dropped 7 into coverage. Without Sean Smith + our front 4, I think it's the way to go MOST of the time with the occasional blitz with 5-6. Gotta stop the run first and foremost. Not gonna just stop Aaron Rodgers no matter what.

Don't think we win, but don't think we lose by much.
Once again I'll say it - losing Sean Smith for 3 games (because he's a dumb F**K) was huge. Gonna factor in this game as well.

Certainly. It just pisses me off that we get stuck playing the NFC and AFC North and the Jets, Bills, and Dolphins get the NFC East and AFC South. Could be huge for playoff implications.

The inconvienient Truth:

- 3rd and goal: No one picks up left side pass rush... Charles, as the outlet, is the only option to throw to - completed pass, but fumble.
- 3rd and 34: After a penalty and two sacks on oline abortions, incomplete pass
- 3rd and 9: Stephenson gets beat and Smith needs to get rid of it while WR's still in their routes. Outlet to Charles.
- 3rd and 12: Smith is in shotgun with his feet practically in the endzone. DESIGNED SCREEN PASS.
- 3rd and 6: Smith looking to throw north of the sticks... has two underneath receivers he can throw to but he is looking down field. Both Maclin and Kelsey fall down in their routes. - Scramble short of line to gain.
- 3rd and 13: Complete line abortion. Smith is fully engaged in pass rush before receivers are turned or have reached the line to gain. - Sack
- 3rd and 10: Smith, trying to throw to Kelsey who is beyond the sticks, get hit in throwing arm as he is throwing. Interception.

Denver's pass rush is their strength. KC o-line is their weakness. Denver needed a +4 turnover margin to barely beat you.

That's exactly why, when you have a team on the ropes, as KC did Denver, you must close them out. Its going to matter big time at the end of the season.

I'd like to see a realistic list

3rd & 10 - shit pants because pass rush didn't give him all day so threw out of bounds after only making 1 read

Etc

He only needs to know S-m-i-t-h.

He has plenty of practice. Usually cursive scribbles in the back of a notebook. His name, followed by Smith. In a dozen different fonts and sizes.
