They do.

The other day they had a glitch come at a very bad time where the umpire had access to the real-time video where you couldn't tell, but no access to the slow-mo frame by frame video. The glitch was apparently fixed a couple minutes later, but it was way too late because we aren't going to wait 6 or 7 minutes on technology issues.
