A video emerged Monday of Rice punching his now-wife in an elevator.

I dont get it...there was already a video out of him punching her and he was suspended for two games. Why is he being cut now? Is it another video of another incident?

No, the outside the elevator video showed dragging only. Goodell is alleging he first saw the inside the elevator video today.

I get what you guys are saying about the state's right to prosecute despite non-involvement from the victim. My point, which I didn't word correctly, is that she's the one who has to live with everyone in America being able to see her get punched. I think she should have some say in whether or not the general public gets to see that footage beyond the jurors in a criminal trial.
