I do love pork ribs, but I haven't had enough beef ribs to know which is better. Only had them a couple of times and it's been awhile.
However, I've watched some of those foodie shows on TV and I imagine those succulent beef ribs would just be totally orgasmic. I need to take a trip somewhere to try them. |

How is this even a question? Only a rookie would even think beef ribs are even close to pork ribs.
Out of my smoker on Monday. Beautiful racks of PORK ribs.
