Do you cook them the same, more or less? Guess I'll have to get a rack of each next go around.

Yeah that is bad.

My mouth is watering now just thinking of brisket. A good brisket is right up there with a good beef or pork rib where the meat just falls off the bone and melts in your mouth.

The next poll can be about which of your children you love more.

They're both delicious. However, beef is the way to go. It's a richer flavor.

Back ribs will cook faster as they're leaner.

I generally agree, but not with ribs. Pork owns this.

It's the only time I'll choose pork over beef.

You need to try the original and believe it or not he makes an Afterburn II as well and I refuse to even smell it.

I do love pork ribs, but I haven't had enough beef ribs to know which is better. Only had them a couple of times and it's been awhile.

However, I've watched some of those foodie shows on TV and I imagine those succulent beef ribs would just be totally orgasmic. I need to take a trip somewhere to try them.

How is this even a question? Only a rookie would even think beef ribs are even close to pork ribs.

Out of my smoker on Monday. Beautiful racks of PORK ribs.

You eating all those yourself? If not, how about not saucing them up and letting your company decide how much and what type sauce they want.

Not impressed.
