What fast food places do you just totally ignore?

People in GoChiefs' Taco John's thread got me to thinking about what fast food places I actually eat at and which ones just get totally ignored by me.

Places I actually eat at:

Chick Fil A
Whataburger
Braums
Taco Villa
Taco Bueno

Places that I never even consider...they don't even cross my mind when I drive past them:
McDonald's
KFC
Taco Bell
Waffle House
Panda Express


What places just go totally ignored by you?

I have never been a picky eater, I'll go most places. That being said I hate Mugs Up but I really like Hi-Boy

It's been awhile, but Burger King always seemed to have that fake grilled burger flavor, something was more unnatural about it than the other unnatural burger places.

McDonald's because the food is horrible. KFC because the service is horrible and they never have the entire menu available. Pizza Hut because I'd rather pay much less for shitty pizza. I avoid Oriental fast food because I'd rather either make it myself or pay more, I find the fast food kind inedible.

I won't eat at any sandwich shop unless it's a last resort. On general principle I'm not going to pay for something that I could make in my car after exiting the supermarket.

I also tend to avoid Burger King because of ... you know ... flavor.

I avoid Little Caesar's because it's like eating in the school cafeteria. You can tell that everything there is the absolute cheapest thing they can buy. I figure they're out there whenever a semi overturns on the highway to buy the stuff that fell off.

I avoid Waffle House because it brings back bad memories of my next door neighbor growing up.

Around here Togo's is the best sandwich place. Mister Pickles is a close second.

It was the coldest mfing sandwich I've ever had and their onion rings are garbage as well, minced onion instead of actual slices, that was the last time I'll ever go there.

Yeah, I've found Burger King to be consistently shitty everywhere I've ever had it.

It's by far the worst fast food I've ever had.

You can get pretty big differences, especially if they're franchisee owned instead of corporate. You can see really big differences if you go to different regions, too, although I've experienced that more with sit down types of chains.

Speaking of Popeyes: Popeyes and KFC are places I'll only go if they're running some kind of special. I just can't bring myself to pay their full menu prices for chicken. If I'm going to shell out that much for chicken, I'll wait until I'm near a Pollo Tropical and get it from there.

I really try my best not to eat taco bell but occasionally I'll eat a couple crunchy tacos there but that's about it.

Subway is probably the place I completely steer clear of, that bread is horrible, you could break a window with the loaf they gave me one time. smh

See, most of the time, Subway's bread has the texture of a wet sponge. Having lived in Europe and eaten real bread, I prefer something with some crunch. Jimmy John's probably has the best bread but the rest of their toppings are just so bland...
