Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon? Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? Part 2: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=293623 Last edited by Bearcat; 07-28-2015 at 06:06 PM.. |

Ive got a Glock 9mm, Baretta 9mm, Sig 45. I must have gotten lucky. of the 3 the Sig has the roughest trigger but I have shot it the least as well.

My other handgun is a Taurus snub .38 revolver. Great little gun, and I used to be scary accurate with it. But now that my vision's gone to shit those days are over. Shooting it now just depresses me. |

Then yes.I bought my wife one around Sept last year and we love it.We've put roughly 600-700 rounds through it so far and not a single complaint.Very accurate and fun to shoot gun IMO.Easy as hell to field strip and clean, very nice gun.

I have fired the 115 gr JHP+P through it with no problems.Typically we do shoot the regular 115/124 gr FMJ at the range but I picked up a few 50 round boxes of just about every 9mm round I could find just to test it out.
Honestly I started not to get the gun at first cause I'm not so familiar with Taurus but after shooting it quite a bit I'd do it again. She loves it and I even found some 20 round mags for it for $10 a piece which make it fun as hell at the range. |

I put 1500 rounds through my Beretta 92FS when I went to the combat pistol school back in July. Never had any problems whatsoever. My buddy shot his Glock .40 and nary an issue. Shooting that many rounds in temps from 95 to 103 was a test more of me than the guns.
School if interested was HiCaliber training. It is part of T1G. Both have websites. Awesome. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
