Let's give the ball carrier a bunch of random moves that, aside from truck, which apparently always works, might work half the time. Let's throw in option reads, but make sure it's so quick that you have to decide whether or not to hand the ball off before you even have time to read the dive defender. And then lets pull an Elvis Grbac and have a drill where we make the player not only throw it but catch it too.

Yeah, the options should be relatively quick, in my opinion. In real life, the QB has a split second to determine whether he wants to hand it off or keep it so that's pretty realistic.

But you brought up another good point. The ****ing truck stick. Damn, dude. Don't EVER let Marshawn Lynch get a head of full steam. He WILL truck EVERY player on your defense. I can't tell you how many times I've been trucked using Pat Willis, Navarro Bowman, Derrick Johnson, Justin Houston, Eric Berry, etc. That shit isn't ****ing realistic. Those guy don't get trucked in real life! Damn I hate that shit.

I don't have much of an issue playing against people using certain teams. I don't particularly like the fact that they use certain teams all the time but it's whatever to me. It's all SF, SEA, PHI and CAR whenever I play online.

My main issue is that Pat Willis and/or Navarro Bowman are good for at least 1 forced fumble every ****ing game and it's usually in the 4th ****ing quarter.

Online can be a bitch. I remember in the old 2K5 and 2K8 days, They would out all the players to avoid due to them cheating the AI physics. They can be done in online games. I'd never avoid them though, i would learn how to counter the cheese. I know in APF2K8 there was a way to do it and the guy thats 500-3 would get so mad because i figured out how to beat his lameness! lol

Anyways, online is a different beast, but there are communities where you can find the best legit players and play them. I dont care what teams people used as long as they played clean.

It's best to play with All Madden difficulty to weed out the shit cheese players.. ofc these matches don't actually count to your stats though.

Back in the 2K football days none of that mattered when they found out cheats in the AI. For 2k5 it was the defensive line glitch to where the DE would get in untouched like 90 percent of the time it didnt matter. There was ways around it, but when someone does that, it just takes the fun out of the game, you virtually are down to very few offensive plays. toss sweep and fast swing passes to the RB. In 2K8, because you could create your own team, you would be able to make a 7 foot wide receiver with hands and a speedburner and just chuck it deep and way more times then not, the WR would out jump the defensive back lol So to counter that, i would just kick onside kicks and that wouldnt allow his receiver to get deep to outjump. So then that just makes the game unfun.

I dont know much about the cheesy shit you can do in Madden as i never really played much online. I played one year and this guy would do the same ****ing play with a Tall WR and my Defensive backs couldnt do shit, even if i was manually covering him over the top. I played quite a few guys that did it, and everything i tried was all for not. lol Im usually pretty good at figuring out how to counter shit, but with that i had nothing. lol

Like i said, go to websites n find good players that play legit and have grown a reputation for being good and simulation. Games are a blast that way. Random online match is a flip of a coin. haha

One little thing that bugs me and I know it's not that big of deal. But where are the big mouth guards? They were in the game in like '04. It can't be that hard to put them in

Until games take the approach of Leagues of Legends for online gameplay, I will play online sparingly. Hell, I played Blankey from here in Street FIghter IV recently, and it was great. No cheesie moves. Told me combo moves, waited for me to try them.

The rest of going online is awful.

IN Street Fighter you cant cheat to win, there's nothing to exploit as far as major flaws. You can play lame, but playing lame can get beat easily if you are good. Thats the great thing about street fighter if i lose online, its because well the dude was just better then i was plain and simple.

The netcode can sometimes act up and be a pain in the ass, but i dont lose to people exploiting the AI.

I am sure it will change, they will have a demo after it is already out.

But honestly, do you need a demo? It is not like it utilizing new features year to year. You know what type of game it is going to be, just with a bit more nicer backgrounds each year, and helmet patches.

They actually re-worked a lot of the AI, oline/dline interactions, tackling mechanics and overall 'buffed' defense since it was so easy to score in M25.
