The listicle goes from one to twenty nine, even though they are listed as 1-30 with number 30 missing. Here are a few of my favorites from the list that I have tried and enjoyed over the years-other than that last one. I have never tried the stuff but I want to cook with it at some point, before I'm so old that it will kill me. The article has pics to jog your memory. Click on it to see them.


    • 26. Taco Bell Fire Sauce
    • This is the hottest sauce served in packets at the popular taco chain. It has 500 SHU... nowhere near the top of the scale.

    • Valentina Salsa is just starting to gain popularity in the United States, but it's the best-selling hot sauce in Mexico. It brings 900 SHU.

Absolutely. Fido jar, culture, spring water, blend sauce,time, easy. It sells itself.

We do about 24 pepper cultivars and put out 3-400 plants.

Is this because the plants are perennials because of your USDA zone?

I pulled plants and let them go dormant last year but didn't water them.

Containers, moved inside. They were very productive.

I had never done them in containers and was going to haul them south but plans changed and they got views of the lake for the winter. Now ded.

Tried this stuff out last night. Man it brings the heat but tastes great. You can get it locally at Hen House stores it appears. If you dig thai/asian style heat give it a try.

I'm digging the idea of MOhillbillies fermented hot pepper sauce, bring out all those deep flavors without the crazy stupid heat that totally overwhelms the flavor of anything you put it on

I love spice and a bit of heat, but too much really kills the enjoyment... never understood the fascination with 'how ridiculously hot can I make this?'
