Played that today. We do "free for all Fridays" on my show. If someone requests it and we've got it we'll play it. It's a lot of fun. Always get a nice mix of classics and some southern rock type stuff mixed in with the regular playlist. Never have time to play all the requests.

An all time favorite. Ronnie has so many fantastic songs it's staggaring once you start going through the list.

Have to say that I'm not a big fan of Ronnie Milsap, though "Smokey Mountain Rain" is a good song.

I don't like Leeann Rimes but I love this song.
"Probably Wouldn't Be This Way"

I haven't been thru all 862 posts but any Texas Country fans here? I like some "nashville" country but for the most part it's too poppy for my liking. Mostly listen to Stoney Larue, Kevin Fowler, Randy Rogers, Charlie Robison, Jason Boland and Casey Donahew now days.

Yes there is.
I've posted some Dirty River Boys, Jason Boland, Turnpike Troubadours and a new band I've found, Hellbound Glory. This is my current music of choice Quote:

I like the old country music from the 60s, 70s & 80s but a little bit goes a long way. But I never get tired of Willie. Willie Nelson has to be the greatest country artist ever. I don't think it's even close. |
