MELLINGER: Should The Chiefs Move On From Smith?
Yep, another Alex Smith thread - but a solid and fair read from Sam Mellinger.

The average fan of this franchise is a ****ing idiot. Don't underestimate the ignorance of the masses. The fans on this page are not the average Chiefs fan. |

The Kelce and Maclin drops were critical drops in a low scoring game.. has been a repeated thing with Andy's KC team from what i've seen

Smith ignoring receivers that are running wide open was critical in a low scoring game... has been a repeated thing with our gutless wonder bitch QB from what I've seen

For what it's worth, Alex Smith has 30. In his career. 141 games. |

No, they won't. Alex Smith will not see another playoff game as a Chief. |

Rookies and upstarts could likely come in here and produce for peanuts. Statistically speaking, we'd have gotten more from Trevor Simian this season at a fraction of the cost. The difference between the $16m Alex would get and the $10m Foles is a decent ILB, interior OL or another body on the DL. The option at least has to be considered. |

I watched the game again last night and Alex was worse than I imagined. The delay of game at ****ing home was a disaster. A complete and utter **** up.
And then this mother****er throws an incomplete pass to stop the clock on the last drive that took forever and on the next play takes a timeout? What in the ****?! Get him the **** off this team Andy. Good ****ing christ that was a complete **** up in the most important game. This gigabyte bullshit has got to stop. He's not ****ing smart
