I think a huge key to our success is going to be the young pass rushers. We can’t rely on Ford for 16 games I’m afraid, but if KPass or Speaks or even both really step up and play well... the defense will be top notch. Guarantee it.
The offense is going to put up points. Not too worried about that aspect. |

Knew he would be special from his first preseason action, this mfer can throw an accurate curveball with a football
There hasnt been a situation that looked too big for the 22 year old yet, all he does is continue to impress everyone He is gonna tear it up, talking heads will be slobbering all over him just like they did Favre... buckle up, buttercups |

I also knew we hadn't taken a 1st round QB since my mother was pushing me out of her. Which was in 1980-****ing-3. Needless to say...I'm right there with you. Can't wait. |

See my signature. This kid has every tool in the book to succeed and every girl I've pointed him out to finds him "cute" so he also has a chance to become the next NFL sweetheart that attracts fans (women) to the game and we all know that buys a team a couple benefit of the doubt calls come game time.
Now, if the NFL can manage to get the **** out of it's own way the future looks bright. Now tighten up that haircut!

Pats natural ability to look downfield even when under pressure is what has me so excited. It made me sick to my stomach watching Smith play after play after play pull down so quickly while receivers were running wide open for the end zone.

I’m prepared for a year where he throws 15-20 picks, but has over 30 TDS. I can see him turning it over more than we think in the first 6 games, but it will be fun. Reid will reel him in and he will end the year on a tear going into the playoffs. He’s gonna be shown things in games by opposing defenses that he’s never seen before. Some mistakes will be made and he will learn from them. Charger Steelers 49ers Broncos Jaguars Patriots That’s a lot of stingy defenses to start the year against. But you know what? The kids a competitor and I think it’s great for him to face that level of defenses right away. He knows he’s gonna have to come with his A game right away and I’m sure he’d have it no other way. |
