I hate the Texas attitude that they are the kings of bbq...but that said, their brisket is nice. We tried this place when we were there for the game last year.

There is NO SUCH THING as Carolina barbecue. It is a bastardization of Memphis barbecue. Please don't validate their sad, sick colorless-sauce trash.

This is simple people...there is a barbecue trinity. All other thinking is heresy. Brisket in Texas, pulled pork in memphis and the burnt ends and sauces of KC. Thread is over...except for blah blah blah about Dez Bryant.

Watkins signing with the Chiefs over Dallas wasn’t a huge surprise with many of us here. I think most Dallas fans (down here anyway) realize the Chiefs are a little closer to a SB than Dallas is at the moment. Partly due to the unbelievable hate for the guy coaching the team. Plus the whole Dallas WR core falling off the face of the earth didn’t help. As for Hichens, it was a forgone conclusion he was gone (though majority of us thought he was going to the Colts). There was no way he was getting paid the money the Chiefs gave him in Dallas. Not saying the Chiefs signing him to that contract was a bad thing, just it wasn’t happening in Dallas.

Oh and PS, I have never been to KC so I can’t really speak of the whole BBQ thing. Sorry

When the boys come here in 2021 come up too. Come to Arrowhead in full Dallas regalia: as long as you say you're a Royals/Jayhawks/Sporting fan and say you enjoy all those sunny and 79*F days in Olathe you'll blend right with all the other Cowboy fans.
