What's one thing in your home
you consider a luxury?

I ask this question because the last couple of mornings I've been using a bath towel warmer that my Aunt got us for Christmas and it got me wondering how many people might actually have something like this because I would've never thought about buying something like a bath towel warmer but sure am damn glad she did.

I'm finally at the point where I can say I have quite a few things that would have been considered a luxury not so long ago.

Right now, I'm torn between a really, really good bed, and a walk in vault full of cool shit.

Some would say my front porch or back deck would be luxuries, but they're not, they're necessities. A man who can't pee off of his own porch or sip beer and watch water and animals isn't living.

A simple one is a heated mattress pad. It goes under and is basically exactly like the fitted sheet, and turning that thing on half an hour before going to bed makes the bed MUCH more comfortable. We leave it on, at a low setting, while in bed. And the one we have has two separate controls for "her side" and "his side".

Not terribly expensive, but a very nice thing to have.

We have one. Ours is kind of a finicky bitch and it takes some overhead to get the oil but it runs cheap

Garage. I've spent most of my life crawling into a cold ass car, but not now. Heated. Garages. Rule.

Another thing I'm spoiled about is having a bathroom off my bedroom. Goddamn that's nice. I'm not sure I'll buy a house without it now.
