A football fan with a Tom Brady helmet tattooed across his head is locked up in a Florida jail following his arrest on a narcotics charge.

St. Petersburg cops last month busted Victor Thompson, 46, for possession of Spice, the synthetic marijuana. Thompson allowed police to search his pockets after he was spotted trespassing outside a community center.

When questioned by police, Thompson said that he purchased the "Master Kush" Spice “from a black male for $15” at a downtown park, according to a police report. Thompson reportedly told cops that he did not know Spice was illegal in Florida, claiming that it was “still legal in New Hampshire,” his home state.

Thompson, who said that he moved to Florida three weeks prior to his September 10 arrest, was charged with felony drug possession and trespassing, a misdemeanor. He is being held in the Pinellas County jail in lieu of $1500 bond.

As noted in the “Scars, Marks, Tatoos or other distinguishing features” section of the report, Thompson has “Tattoo Head-Patriots Football Helmet.”

As seen in the above images (click to enlarge), Thompson had a series of tattoos inked on his head to make it appear that he is wearing a New England Patriots football helmet. Along with team logos on each side of his head, Thompson got Brady’s number 12 and the word “Patriots” inked on the back of his head. He added the name of the helmet maker (“Riddell”) on his forehead, as well as an American flag and an NFL logo.

Thompson even included the small green dot indicating that a helmet is equipped with an electronic device allowing its wearer to receive plays from the sideline.

Thompson also had a likeness of the Super Bowl trophy tattooed on the top of his head. Additionally, his noggin features inked replicas of the signatures of players Rob Gronkowski, Wes Welker, and Randy Moss. Somehow, Thompson forgot to add Aaron Hernandez’s John Hancock to his cranium.

Jailers took four separate booking photos of Thompson so that his tattoos could be memorialized for possible future identification purposes.

Ventura has a right to clear his name, regardless of anyone thinks it's weak defamation. You don't know the what kind of money he lost. It was decided by a jury in his favor. The media is driving the poor widow angle now.

From my readings, Kyle has witnesses that say he did pop Jesse for running his mouth. Were they just backing their guy, quite possibly, but no one can say for sure.

True about the legal fee's, I'm sure that wasnt cheap.

But as far as his views on the Iraq war, its not like he's ever been shy about expressing his dislike of it, to put it mildly. Thats why I really dont think that this situation is why TruTV canceled his show.

You may think it's a dumb case but fair is fair. There was no acrimonious bar fight with "hero" Kyle, paid to kill by hiding in bushes, punching out a treasonous bastard.

It's my understanding that he's not even on the rolls, and that there is a question as to whether or not he even IS a SEAL.

All along, Mr. Ventura has said that his lawsuit is not about money. He said he never would have gone to court had Mr. Kyle admitted in public that he made up the story of the bar fight. Mr. Ventura said he really just wanted an apology and to clear his name. Then why was he even at a reunion and graduation in Coronado where that fake fight happened? That's why Ventura was there.

That's just another knock against him being used to discredit Ventura because was against the Iraq war. The NeoCons are experts at that sort of game. Anyhow, I heard the SEALS changed over time but UDT's aren't something to scoff at.

According to a video I saw him in after he won his case, he said there wasn't even an argument. The lady on the program, tried to pin that on him too and he denied that as well.

Ventura claims it was just a "Sea Story" that sailors tell, that get passed along by another sailor and spreads. If anything, Kyle may have know Ventura's views on Iraq and didn't like him for it, so he may have tried to pump himself up in the book by claiming he knocked Ventura to the ground. Ventura said he's on blood thinners and he would bleed and bruise easily but he didn't have a single mark on him. Ventura had witnesses who were there with him at the time in the courtroom.
