So another press conference going on right now...I'll try to summarize as best as possible...

- Dispatch call came in from a different residence than where the shooting took place
- Officers were sent to that house for some reason
- Waters was a person of interest and possible suspect in a rape case
- Woman from the residence where the shooting took place was arrested for possession of meth with intent to distribute, etc.
- No idea why Waters was at house (I presume he was staying there, helping with the drug trafficking)
- 911 call actually came from Windsor, MO and somehow the dispatch system connected that call to the residence where the shooting took place (huh?)
- Waters was the only one in the house when the shooting occurred and subsequently after

This is a complete and utter cluster****...sounds like a massive **** up on dispatch's part. Jesus.
