All I remember is the syndicated show. Seems like it was on after or before Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom on Saturdays around dinner time. |

Think people are a bit too uppity.
It was the guys first show. He's adjusting his persona a lot, hasn't really been on live TV for nearly a year, is making the jump from hardly anyone staying tuned after The Daily Show to network ****ing TV and he looked nervous. Give him time to settle in. |

Watching Colbert's 2nd episode, and I'm all in now. Its clear that he's going to be just as maniacally weird and funny as he was on Comedy Central, this is a bold move by CBS.
I am probably not going to watch every episode, 5 a week is a lot, but if I've got nothing better to do at 10:30 during the week, I'm turning on CBS.

My mom and dad watch it still, it is on TV Saturdays at 6:00 PM I believe. The hair and clothing styles in that era are fascinating to watch. |

I can't stand the rest of late night, so I tuned in last night and tonight.
I enjoyed last night's show, but tonight's hat thing nearly did me in. The weird shit is a little too over the top to say I'd tune in more than once a month. |

I probably expected way too much out of the show to start
Channel 5 stroked it off for months before it launched... Way overhyping it. Might check it out again eventually |

I liked the guy who did the tap dancing. Except it was tap-synching, and it wasn't even close. His feet would be off the ground and you'd hear, "click-click-click." |
