I want to see him run the seam route at least 5 times a game. Would love to see him on one side and Harris on the other; both have good speed and athleticism for the position.

I kept waiting for an important point to be made. The reason to be excited is because alex Smith loves tight ends. A lot of people think it was just Vernon Davis. He threw to Delanie walker a lot.

Too bad both Walker and Davis had bricks for hands, lol. Also, you can say he threw to TEs a lot because they were always the best weapons that he had to work with and the only miss-matches that he had available to exploit; Alex spent the vast majority of his career playing with crap at the WR position.

But, they never mention how vernon davis completely disappeared, or how the running game went from first in the league to like 10th. Some times I just have to let morons be morons

Like everyone else said, it was one play. But assuming he stays healthy, we better have some audibles ready to push it deep if he is ever covered by a LB.

Jesus Christ this place has tunnel vision. You do know there's about 500 players in the league that fall somewhere between "total suckage" and "God on Earth", right? Kelce did EXACTLY what I've been saying he'd do since the day the Chiefs drafted him. That kind of play is the EXACT kind of play I've been saying he can make. |

I'm ****ing tired of everyone saying he's 'mini Gronk' or a 'poor man's Gronk.' He's outplaying the guy week in a week out, and Gronkowski can't stay on the field. I'd say Gronkowski would be glad with being called a 'Poor Man's Travis Kelce' at this point.
